About Us
Tinker’s Concessions & Catering was established in 2010 by Mike and Kathy Tinker. They began as a small food truck that catered to auctions and other events. As time went on they upgraded to an additional larger trailer and purchased a spot downtown Pierce, Nebraska where they are open every Wednesday. When they are not at their Pierce location, they are at the Creigton Livestock market cafe on sale days or other area events and auctions. You never know where you might see the Tinker’s Concessions and Catering trailer.
They are proud to offer a wide variety of home cooked foods from broasted chicken, pulled pork, chicken salad sandwiches, meatloaf, Winsor loins and much more. The specials change all the time, so they offer a wide variety of foods. Pair any of these entrees with mouthwatering sides and salads such as smoked mac and cheese, macaroni salad, onion rings, potato salad and more. And don’t forget dessert! They make pies and cakes that are to die for.
